I have been exposed to MULTIPLE kind of working environment in retail operation industry and I recognize how vital training in customer service skills & 10 S's Of Retail Management Skills in making a profit to company.The 10 S's is a set of 10 area of management for retail management skills which are starting by SHOP MANAGEMENT, STOCK MANAGEMENT, STAFF MANAGEMENT, STORE MANAGEMENT, SECURITY MANAGEMENT, SERVICE MANAGEMENT, SALES MANAGEMENT, SAFETY MANAGEMENT, SYSTEM MANAGEMENT & SOP MANAGEMENT


My experiences in training , supervising & entry level managerial gives me a unique ability to share the skills & give training in retail operation management  & front-line customer service with all operation staff in your company. It also gives me a unique ability to apply technology, in all its forms, to business processes. Some of the business process knowledge includes accounting, finance, facilities, inventory control, budgeting, vendor management and various operational processes.


My education background as a Diploma holder in Computer Sciences have created me as a creative & innovative person in visual creative web & printing design that give me  a space in delivered arts to my life as a hobbies & additional income.

Job & Task

During my 6 years work experiences , i've been involved & tasked to supervise & managing new outlet opening , improving result of key performance indicator (KPI) , accounting, finance, facilities, inventory control, budgeting, vendor management and various operational processes.I've also involved in HR and administrating tasks including manpower planning- use a 5 tier format , roled as an interviewer for team member recruitment, roled as a coordinator cum trainer for new comers induction, company standard operating procedure (SOP) , customer service workshop, 5S awareness and daily short briefing.

Award & Promotion

 I've been awarded by my ex-employer in 2007 (GSC Sdn. Bhd) due to my initiative to bring FUN & ENERGETIC Workplace Environtment by practising "Hurdle Cheer" for all my team members on every shift opening. it was complimented by my employer and company have rewarded me & my team RM1000.00 and all GSC's Outlet were asked to follow.

Due to my excelency and succesfull in outlet opening during working with Al-Ikhsan Sports Sdn. Bhd, i've been given an opportunity by my ex-employer in March 2010 to be promoted as a trainer within my incomplete 3 months probation period as an outlet's supervisor. 


Since 2 months ago i've working with my brother in law temporarily as his Assistant in Business Development of his new enterprise company known as Balthazor Enterprise. It have been set-up succesfully & have been operated in two months. While it just an enterprise family business & a temporarily position , I'm planned to earn back the fun & enjoyment working experiences  with a big company specialized in front-lined customer service , retail operation, training & development or junior managerial level . I would enjoy an opportunity to talk with you or someone in your organization to see where my skill set would be of the greatest benefit to your company.
