 My experiences  for almost 4 years in Frontline Customer Service & Service Operation have created me as what am I today. I’ve attended & experienced a lot of customer service awareness training & management skills during my previous & currently experiences. As a management, one of my responsibilities is giving training & coaching to all staff & continuously follow up for the improvement.During my working period , i always been chosen to be emcee for any event for internal function.
