I. Assist Restaurant Manager to manage restaurant daily operation - role as Manager On Duty
II. Delivered CHAMPS to all customers & train all team members to aware & delivered the CHAMPS satisfaction to all customers.
III. Human Resources- Staff hiring, training, coaching & support for ensure them to follow all standards & procedure of company brand.
IV. Documentation & Management - Reports generating for shiftily/daily basis
V. Customer Service- handling customer complaints and providing consistent & effective training to all staff for ensuring customer service were delivered 100% to all customers and make profit to company.
VI. Events & Marketing-Provide products training to frontline, handling bookings for events and managing manpower for the events.
VII. Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales bank in statement, management reports concerning purchases, sale & inventory
