 Work Description         :

  I.      Assist Cinema Manager to manage cinema daily operation -role as a DUTY MANAGER Of The Day

 II.      Human Resources- Staff hiring, training, coaching & support

 III.     Documentation & Management - Reports generating for shiftily/daily basis

 IV.      Customer Service- handling customer complaints and providing   consistent & effective training to all staff for ensuring customer service were delivered 100% to all customers and make profit to company.

 V.       Events & Marketing-Provide products training to frontline, handling bookings for events and managing manpower for the events.

 VI.      Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales bank in statement, management reports concerning purchases, sale & inventory (sales per head, sales per transaction, gross profit, average ticket price )

 VII.     Stock Ordering for F&B Concession Sales Item.
