I.        On job training as a supervisor role for a month in progress to learn how to manage outlet daily operation

II.       Human Resources- internal Staff hiring, training, coaching & support.

III.      Documentation & Management - Reports generating for shiftily/daily basis

IV.      Customer Service- handling customer complaints and providing   consistent & effective training to all staff for ensuring customer service were delivered 100% to all customers..

V.       Events & Marketing-Provide products training to frontline, handling team order and managing manpower for the sales events.

Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales bank in statement, management reports concerning purchases, sale & inventory

Work Description         :-

I.             Recruitment & interview Arrangement

II.            Redesign Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for Outlet Management.

III.          Restructured & Maintain training programs current

IV.           Provide expertise and guidance in course design and development

V.            Monitor supervisor performance to verify training is conducted as outlined in the training materials and in a manner that motivates personnel to learn

VI.           Verify that the trainee has obtained and is maintaining their technical and instructional knowledge and skills

VII.         Track training commitments to outside organizations such as the state and federal regulators, and assist line management in meeting these commitments

VIII.       Develop training program and trainee status reports for management team in identifying and resolving human performance issues

IX.           Oversee the training needs in the market and come up with training blueprint for long term sustainabilitu.

X.            Track current industry training issues

XI.           Work to establish mutual trust and cooperation between the training organization and all department staffs

XII.         Develop improved methods to meet training and facility objectives and goals as required

XIII.       Develop training policies that establish guidelines for all training functions
